- Do you offer complete turnkey solutions?
Yes, for large-scale projects, we can provide a full turnkey solution covering gas pretreatment, civil works, unit installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance. - What international certifications do your products have?
Our generator sets have obtained authoritative certifications including CE (European Union), EPA (US Emission Certification), and ISO 8528 (International standard for generator set performance). - Are you ISO certified for quality management?
Yes, our factory strictly implements the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. - Is every unit tested before leaving the factory?
Yes, 100% of our units must undergo a rigorous 4-hour full-load test before shipment, and a complete test report is provided. - What data does the test report include?
The test report covers critical operating parameters such as voltage, frequency stability, output power, gas consumption, emission data, pressure, and temperature. - What is your warranty policy?
We provide a warranty service for one year or 1,000 operating hours (whichever occurs first). Consumable and wear-and-tear parts are excluded. - When does the warranty commence?
The warranty period starts from the date the unit arrives at the destination port, or from the date installation and commissioning are completed (negotiable by agreement). - What is the product lifecycle?
Under designed operating conditions and with proper maintenance, the unit has a design service life typically exceeding 10 to 15 years. - Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes, we provide detailed installation manuals, electrical schematics, and gas circuit diagrams, along with remote guidance via video conference. - Do you offer overseas on-site installation and commissioning services?
We can dispatch our engineers to the site. However, the customer is responsible for the corresponding visa fees, airfare, accommodation, and labor service charges.
